August Update:

July Update:

1. Create OKRs in one smooth flow. Choose between AI-assisted or manual creation, set your cycle duration and dates, then add your objectives and key results. Preview and edit your OKRs before kicking off your cycle with confidence.

1. Team Reflections: Capture learnings, progress, and roadblocks at the end of each cycle. See what worked, what didn’t, and what to improve - then get personalized AI suggestions to level up next quarter.

1. Personalized OKRs with AI: One of the hardest parts of OKRs is coming up with the right objectives. Now, you can create a highly personalized OKR with AI in seconds. This saves time and ensures your OKRs are relevant to your team's goals.
   
   
2. AI Initiatives: If you're struggling to meet your objectives, we’ve made it easier. AI now offers unique, relevant recommendations for initiatives to help you stay on track. You can click the "Initiatives" tab to create them, and if you’re not happy with the suggestion, click "regenerate" for a new one.
   
   
3. Automated Reminders: Never forget to update your goals again! Once you create an OKR, you’ll get an automated reminder every Friday morning to keep your progress on track.

January Update:

3. Slack Integration: Say goodbye to manually copying and pasting updates to Slack! With our new Slack integration, OKRs Tool automatically shares cycle, objective, key result, and check-in updates directly to your Slack channels.
