Who Expand is for

If this is you, Expand is built for it.

Three reasons teams move from Scale to Expand — or come straight to Expand from enterprise software.

01
You crossed 50 users
Scale tops out at 50 users. When you cross that, Expand is the upgrade — same product, unlimited team size, security features unlocked.
02
Procurement requires SSO and audit logs
Security review, IT approval, compliance team. Expand has SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace), MFA, RBAC, and audit logs. The boxes you need to tick.
03
You're replacing Lattice or Quantive
Tired of $11/user/month and annual contracts. Expand gives you the same enterprise capability — SSO, audit logs, REST API — at $129/month flat. No annual lock-in, no per-seat fees.
What Expand unlocks

Enterprise capability without enterprise pricing.

Everything Scale has — Alignment Map, AI Insights, KPI tracking, weekly check-ins — plus the procurement-grade features below

SSO & identity

Pass your security review without slowing rollout.

Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Ping, AD FS — all major SAML 2.0 and OIDC providers. MFA enforced across the org. SCIM provisioning for automated user lifecycle.

  • SAML 2.0 / OIDC SSO with all major IdPs
  • MFA enforced at sign-in
  • SCIM provisioning

Audit logs

A complete trail of every change.

Who edited what OKR, and when. Searchable by user, action, or date range. Exportable for compliance teams and procurement reviews.

  • Every edit, deletion, and permission change logged
  • Timestamped events with user attribution
  • Exportable to CSV for compliance review

RBAC & approval workflows

Define who can change what.

Roles & permissions (RBAC) lets you control exactly who edits, views, and approves OKRs. Approval workflows lock in company OKRs once a quarter starts — no last-minute scope changes.

  • Predefined roles: admin, manager, contributor, viewer
  • Permission rules per OKR level (company / dept / team)
  • Approval required for company-OKR changes mid-cycle

Performance reviews

Connect reviews directly to OKR progress.

Quarterly reviews wired to actual OKR data. No more disconnected review cycles where managers don't have the context. Pull KR ownership and progress into the review template automatically.

  • Quarterly review cycles linked to OKR cycles
  • OKR ownership and progress auto-populated in templates
  • 360 reviews, manager reviews, self-reviews supported

Built for procurement

Pass your security review without slowing rollout.

We've been through enough enterprise procurement processes to know what passes and what doesn't. Expand ships with the security and compliance features your security team will ask about.

  • SAML 2.0 / OIDC SSO with major IdPs
  • SCIM provisioning
  • Hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure
  • GDPR-compliant data handling
  • Custom DPAs and data residency on request
  • Audit logs exportable for compliance
  • REST API + webhooks (+$99/mo add-on)

Extremely cost-effective and easy to use. I set it up in minutes without training anyone — suitable for our organisation of 150 people.

Compare plans

Expand is one of three plans.

If you're under 50 users without strict security requirements, Scale is probably the right fit. Past 50 users — or if procurement requires SSO — Expand is built for you.

FAQ

Expand plan questions, answered.

Which SSO providers do you support?
All major SAML 2.0 and OIDC-compatible providers: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping Identity, JumpCloud, AD FS, and others. If your IdP isn't listed, email us and we'll confirm compatibility.
Do you support SCIM provisioning?
Yes — SCIM provisioning is live on Expand. Automate user creation, updates, and deprovisioning directly from Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SCIM 2.0-compatible identity provider. We also support manual provisioning via SSO with just-in-time creation and CSV bulk import for teams that don't need full SCIM.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
OKRs Tool is hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. We can share our hosting provider's security report on request. For procurement teams: custom DPAs and data residency arrangements are available. Email info@okrstool.com to discuss your specific compliance requirements.
Do you offer custom contracts and PO-based billing?
Yes — included on Expand. We can issue custom invoices, support PO-based billing, and accommodate procurement requirements. Contact us at info@okrstool.com to discuss.
How does the API access add-on work?
+$99/month adds full REST API access plus webhooks. Use it for custom integrations, BI dashboards, or automation. Most Expand customers don't need API access — but it's there when you do.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual saves 20% — Expand becomes $103/month instead of $129. You can switch from monthly to annual any time. Cancel mid-annual-cycle and we'll refund the unused portion.
What does concierge onboarding include?
A live onboarding call, hands-on help setting up your account, OKRs, users, and SSO — plus direct access to the founder for rollout strategy and best practices. Most Expand customers are running their first cycle within a week.
Should I start with Expand or try Launch first?
If your team is over 50 users or procurement requires SSO, start with Expand. Otherwise, every signup gets a free 14-day trial of full Expand-tier access — try it without committing, then drop to Launch (free for 5 users) or upgrade to Scale or Expand at the end.
