Move to Expand when you add strategy pillars, a second layer of teams to cascade across, or performance reviews.
What's the real difference between Scale and Expand?
Scale runs OKRs; Expand adds strategy and performance. Scale is the full core OKR product for one team — ownership, check-ins, alignment, AI insights, and every integration. Expand is for when you've grown a second layer: strategy pillars and Coverage to keep goals tied to strategy, the Cascade Map for company → team → owner, board-level reporting, and performance reviews, 1:1s and continuous feedback for the people side. If you're one team running OKRs, Scale is right. If you're several teams and starting to review people against goals, that's Expand.
Are integrations really on every paid plan?
Yes. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Jira, Linear, Asana, ClickUp and Notion are all included from Scale. We don't think a twelve-person team on Jira should have to buy a plan built for forty people to connect it. The REST API for your OKRs, KPIs and initiatives is also available from Scale — with rate limits that scale up by plan. High-volume and uncapped API use, webhooks and the MCP server sit on Enterprise, since those are for orgs building serious tooling on top.
Do you really charge per organization, not per user?
Yes. Each plan is a flat monthly fee for your whole org. Adding a person never changes your bill — you only move plans if you want capabilities on a higher one. Do you charge by team size?
No — you pick the plan by what you need, not your headcount. Scale is the full core OKR product for a single team. Move to Expand when you want strategy pillars, multi-team cascading or performance reviews; move to Enterprise when you need SSO, the API or multi-workspace. How does OKR Adoption Insurance work?
It's our guarantee that OKRs Tool will work for your team. If your team doesn't reach 60% active usage within 30 days of rollout, you're eligible for a full refund. Do I need to involve IT or procurement?

I'm an existing customer. Does my price change?

Some Enterprise features say "coming soon" — what does that mean?

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual saves 20% (effectively 2.4 months free). Switch from monthly to annual any time — we'll prorate your existing billing.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly billing means cancel any time. Annual saves 20% but you can still cancel mid-cycle and we'll refund the unused portion at our discretion. Compare to enterprise platforms like Lattice and Workboard, which require annual contracts upfront.
Can I get a refund?
