Welcome to our Product Roadmap!
We update this post regularly to share what’s coming next to OKRs Tool - new features, improvements, and updates designed to make planning and tracking goals even easier.
Here’s a look at what’s ahead for October through December 2025.
(Note: These updates are upcoming and not yet live.)
This week (October Week 4)
Date setting for weekly check-ins
Users will soon be able to choose which day and time they receive their weekly check-in emails and reminders. Teams will be able to set the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), along with the day and time that works best for them - making check-ins fully customizable.
November - Week 1
Make OKRs public or private
A new setting will allow users to decide whether an OKR is public or private. This will help teams manage visibility, share progress openly when needed, or keep sensitive goals limited to specific users.
Help Center security update
The Help Center will be upgraded from HTTP to HTTPS, keeping all guides and resources secure and up to date.
Improved comment visibility and discoverability
Comments on Key Results (KRs) will become much easier to find and follow. An indicator (i.e. small colored badge) will appear next to each KR when comments exist, and users will be able to hover to see a quick preview or comment count without expanding the KR.
November - Weeks 2 & 3
Alignment map
A new Alignment Map will help visualize how goals connect across the organization. Teams will be able to see how company, department, and individual OKRs align - giving everyone a clearer picture of how their work supports the mission.
Blocker status
A new manual status option called “Blocked” will be added. When something is marked as blocked, the system will automatically send a notification to the team lead or org leader so the issue can be addressed quickly.
Workflow automation (OKR approvals)
An upcoming workflow will let Team Leads approve OKRs before they go live. This new step will help ensure every OKR is consistent, aligned, and ready before the cycle starts.
November - Week 4
New initiatives view
Initiatives will soon get a new visual look. The Kanban-style view will make it easier to track progress, move items through stages, and manage work visually - all in one place.
December - Week 1
Import and bulk upload
A new import feature will allow teams to upload OKRs, KRs, and initiatives directly from a spreadsheet. This will make onboarding and migration from other tools faster and simpler.
December - Week 2
Reflections with AI insights
Reflections will soon include AI-powered summaries and insight emails.
Teams will receive automatic summaries highlighting key wins, learnings, and trends from their OKR cycles - helping every reflection lead to better results next time.
Stay tuned for our January 2026 roadmap - we’ll keep rolling out new ways to make goal-setting, tracking, and alignment even smoother.
Each time we launch new features, we’ll update our What’s New page so you can always see what’s fresh in OKRs Tool.
