OKRs Tool Product Roadmap (Q1 2026)

Welcome to our Product Roadmap!

We update this post regularly to share what’s coming next to OKRs Tool - new features, improvements, and updates designed to make planning and tracking goals even easier.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead for Q1 2026.

(Note: These updates are upcoming and not yet live.)

January – Weeks 3-4

KPI Tracking & 1:1 Reviews (V1 Iteration)

Following the launch of KPI tracking and 1:1 performance reviews, we’ll focus on improvements driven by early customer feedback. We will refine usability, clarify performance signals, and streamline review workflows — ensuring both experiences feel lightweight, connected, and increasingly valuable over time.

February - Week 1

Hierarchical OKR Grouping

OKRs will soon be grouped into a clear hierarchy, from company goals to team and individual.

This update will make it easier to explore OKRs in context, understand how work is structured, and navigate priorities - without changing how OKRs are owned or managed.

February - Week 2

Initiatives 2.0

Initiatives are getting a major upgrade.

Initiatives will soon get a new visual look. The Kanban-style view will make it easier to track progress, move items through stages, and manage work visually - all in one place.

February - Weeks 3-4

Template Library

A new template library will help teams get started faster and more confidently.

Pre-built OKR, planning, and review templates will reduce setup time, promote best practices, and give teams a strong starting point — whether they’re new or scaling quickly.

March - Weeks 1-2

Secure API Access

Secure API access is coming for advanced integrations.

Teams will be able to safely connect OKR data with internal tools, dashboards, and workflows — enabling deeper insights and automation while maintaining strict security, permissions, and data control.

March - Weeks 3-4

Reflections with AI insights

Reflections will soon include AI-powered summaries and insight emails.

Teams will receive automatic summaries highlighting key wins, learnings, and trends from their OKR cycles - helping every reflection lead to better results next time.

Stay tuned for our Q2 roadmap - we’ll keep rolling out new ways to make goal-setting, tracking, and alignment even smoother.

Each time we launch new features, we’ll update our What’s New page so you can always see what’s fresh in OKRs Tool.
