OKRs Tool Product Roadmap (Q1 2026)

Welcome to our Product Roadmap!

We update this post regularly to share what’s coming next to OKRs Tool - new features, improvements, and updates designed to make planning and tracking goals even easier.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead for Q1 2026.

(Note: These updates are upcoming and not yet live.)

February - Weeks 2-3

Productivity & Integrations Enhancements

We’re rolling out a set of highly requested improvements to make OKR execution smoother and more connected to daily work.

  • Print OKRs – Teams can now generate printable views of OKRs for reviews, workshops, and offline sharing.
  • Auto-Align OKRs – OKRs can automatically align within the alignment map, reducing manual setup and keeping strategic relationships clear and up to date.
  • Richer Collaboration – Attach files directly to comments to support context, discussion, and decision-making.
  • Early Integrations Work – Preliminary groundwork has begun on Jira and Microsoft Teams integrations, setting the stage for tighter connections between OKRs and execution tools.

February/ March

Jira & Microsoft Teams Integrations (Early Access)

We’ll be introducing early access to Jira and Microsoft Teams integrations to better connect OKRs with day-to-day execution. Teams will be able to link OKRs to work happening in Jira and collaborate more seamlessly through Microsoft Teams — reducing context switching and improving visibility between strategy and delivery.

March - Weeks 3-4

Reflections with AI insights

Reflections will soon include AI-powered summaries and insight emails.

Teams will receive automatic summaries highlighting key wins, learnings, and trends from their OKR cycles - helping every reflection lead to better results next time.

Stay tuned for our Q2 roadmap - we’ll keep rolling out new ways to make goal-setting, tracking, and alignment even smoother.

Each time we launch new features, we’ll update our What’s New page so you can always see what’s fresh in OKRs Tool.
