Welcome to our Product Roadmap!
We update this post regularly to share what’s coming next to OKRs Tool - new features, improvements, and updates designed to make planning and tracking goals even easier.
Here’s a look at what’s ahead for Q2 2026.
(Note: These updates are upcoming and not yet live.)
March Weeks 2-4
Early Integrations Work
Preliminary groundwork has begun on Jira and Microsoft Teams integrations, setting the stage for tighter connections between OKRs and execution tools.
April Week 1
Google Workspace Integration
Teams will be able to connect their Google Workspace environment to streamline collaboration and data flow between workplace tools and the OKR platform. This integration will enable smoother syncing of relevant information and help reduce manual updates across systems.
April Weeks 2-3
Secure API Access
A new secure API layer is being introduced to allow organizations to safely connect external tools and internal systems to the platform. This will enable more flexible integrations, automation, and custom workflows while maintaining strict security controls.
April Week 4
Single Sign-On (SSO)
SSO support will allow users to sign in using their organization’s existing identity provider, simplifying access while improving security and identity management across the platform.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & Global MFA
Additional authentication options will allow organizations to require multi-factor authentication for users, with global enforcement controls to strengthen account security and meet enterprise security requirements.
May Week 1
Historical KPI Trends
KPI reports will now include historical trend views, allowing teams to track performance over time, identify patterns, and better understand progress across previous cycles. This will provide deeper insights into how key metrics evolve and support more informed decision-making.
May Week 2
Advanced Roles & Permissions
A more flexible permissions system will allow organizations to define roles with greater precision and control over what users can view, create, edit, or manage across the platform. This update will help larger teams better align access with organizational structure while maintaining clear ownership and security boundaries.
Stay tuned for our Q3 roadmap - we’ll keep rolling out new ways to make goal-setting, tracking, and alignment even smoother.
