Refunds Due to Technical Issues:
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using OKRs Tool effectively within the first 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. You must provide supporting evidence demonstrating that these technical issues have prevented you from using the platform. Our support team will work to resolve any issues, but if the issue persists, a refund will be processed.

Refund Processing:

Subscription Cancellation:
By requesting a refund, you are automatically cancelling your subscription to OKRs Tool. Once your refund request is approved and the refund is processed, your access to the OKRs Tool and any associated features will be terminated. Please note that you will no longer have access to paid features and services after the refund has been processed.
