Is Launch really free forever, or is there a trial?
Both. Every signup includes a 14-day trial of full Expand-tier access (Alignment Map, AI Insights, KPI tracking, etc.) — no credit card required. After 14 days, your account drops to Launch automatically. Launch is free forever for up to 5 users. You'll only be asked to upgrade when you add a 6th user.
What happens when I add a 6th user?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Scale ($49/month flat). Scale unlocks up to 50 users, plus features like Alignment Map, AI Insights, and KPI tracking. No per-seat charges either way.
Can I run a real OKR cycle on Launch?
Yes. You get unlimited OKRs in 1 active cycle, owners, weekly nudges, and progress tracking. The whole quarterly OKR cadence works on Launch — you just can't run multiple cycles simultaneously or use the cross-team Alignment Map.
Is Launch the same product as Scale and Expand, just limited?
Yes — same codebase, same support, same uptime. Launch has fewer features and a 5-user cap, but it's not a lesser version of the product. You're using the real thing.
Can I export my OKRs if I decide not to upgrade?
Yes. You can export OKRs to CSV from any plan, including Launch. Your data is yours.
