A maintained comparison of 24 OKR platforms — 17 with rates verified on the vendor's own pricing page, 7 flagged quote-only. Per-seat pricing scales with headcount and keeps rising — flat-rate doesn't. Slide the calculator to see the annual gap for your team size.
Slide the team size and pick a vendor-published per-seat rate from the index. See what you'd pay each month, each year, and the gap versus OKRs Tool.
Rates taken directly from each vendor's own pricing page, verified July 4, 2026. Vendors that publish no rate are flagged quote-only — no estimated numbers are presented as list prices. Sorted low to high on entry rate. Total cost columns compute the annual bill at 50, 100, and 200 users on annual billing.

Notes: Rates in USD, monthly, billed annually. Mooncamp publishes EUR only (€7 Essential / €10 Professional); USD figures are converted approximations. Futureworks publishes a declining EUR volume rate card (€15 at 1–25 users down to €9 at 101–200, custom above 200); its total-cost columns use the published tier rate for each team size, converted to approximate USD. Weekdone publishes a declining volume rate card ($10.80 at 4–10 users down to $7.20 at 51+); its 50-user figure is the published package price, 100/200 are computed on the published 51+ rate. Asana's Goals/OKRs feature requires the Advanced tier — Starter ($10.99) does not include it. 15Five's OKR features sit in the Perform tier; Lattice's current entry package is Foundations at $13/user/mo. Per-seat totals computed as users × rate × 12 unless a published rate card says otherwise. Quote-only ranges come from independent buyer reports (G2, Capterra, Vendr) and are labeled est. — verify with vendor. Discontinued products (Viva Goals, Ally.io, standalone Quantive/Gtmhub — acquired by Workboard, May 2025) excluded.
OKRs work when everyone can see, own, and update goals. Per-seat pricing puts a tax on that participation. Flat-rate removes it.
Every new hire, every stakeholder you add for visibility, every rolled-up dashboard viewer — each one increases your bill. That structurally discourages the exact behavior OKRs need: broad ownership and weekly check-ins across the team.
Teams end up rationing seats. Read-only stakeholders get shut out. Cross-functional collaborators are excluded. Adoption becomes a budget line item instead of a habit.
Free up to 5 users. $49/mo for 6–50. $129/mo for 51+. That's the entire company — owners, contributors, execs, board observers — whether you have 10 people or 300.
Teams that adopt OKRs Tool don't ration access. Weekly check-in rates correlate directly with goal completion in our platform research (876 organizations, 20,952 KRs). Removing the adoption tax makes the habit possible.
This index tracks 24 OKR platforms that are publicly available for purchase in July 2026. We re-verify quarterly, directly against each vendor's own pricing page. A rate appears in the Entry rate column only if the vendor publishes it. Vendors that require a sales conversation are flagged quote-only; for those, any range shown comes from independent buyer reports (G2, Capterra, Vendr) and is explicitly marked as an estimate.
Where a product hides its OKR features behind a specific tier, we cite that tier — not the cheapest one. Asana's Goals require the Advanced plan; 15Five's OKRs sit in Perform; Notion needs only Plus. Comparing entry prices without checking which tier actually contains goal management is how most pricing comparisons mislead buyers.
Total cost columns compute the annual bill as users × rate × 12, assuming annual billing, except where a vendor publishes a volume rate card (Weekdone), in which case we use the published package price. Monthly billing typically carries a 15–20% premium; we always cite the annual rate. Implementation fees, integrations, and add-on modules (SSO, SCIM, AI, compensation) are excluded from the base calculation.
Discontinued products (Microsoft Viva Goals, Ally.io) and standalone versions of acquired products (Quantive, acquired by Workboard in May 2025 and being folded into the WorkBoard platform) are excluded to keep the index buyer-relevant.
Spotted a rate we got wrong? Corrections publish same day. Not listed yet? Send your verified pricing and we'll add you at the next quarterly refresh. Public rates, quote-only, or bundled — all welcome. The index earns its citation value from being comprehensive, not curated.
