60% Adoption Guarantee

Hit 60% adoption in 30 days. Or we refund you.

Every paid plan includes a money-back guarantee: if your team doesn't reach 60% adoption within the first 30 days, we refund what you paid. No forms, no disputes, no fine print gotchas.

The number that matters most
0
Times the guarantee has been invoked since 2024.

Across every paid customer since we launched the guarantee, not one team has ever fallen below the 60% adoption bar at day 30. Not because the offer isn't real — but because the model works.

How it works

Three steps. Zero fine print.

The guarantee is included on every paid plan by default — you don't have to ask for it, sign anything extra, or opt in.

1
Sign up for a paid plan
Start on any paid plan — Scale or Expand. The guarantee is automatic, no separate contract or add-on required.

Days 1–30
3
Full refund if under 60%
If fewer than 60% of invited users are actively engaged at day 30, email us. We'll refund what you've paid in full. No forms, no disputes, no negotiation.
Day 30
What counts as adoption

Not a vanity metric. Real usage.

We measure adoption based on actual product engagement — not seat count, not signup rate, not marketing metrics.

The formula
Adoption rate =
Active users at day 30
÷ Invited users

An active user is anyone who logged in, owns at least one Key Result, or completed at least one check-in during the 30-day window. If 60% of your invited team meets that bar, the guarantee is satisfied.

What we measure
  • Logins during the 30-day window
  • OKR ownership — anyone with at least one KR assigned to them
  • Check-ins completed — even one counts
  • Measured against the number of users you invited, not total headcount
  • Data comes directly from the product — you don't self-report
Why we can offer this

Because the model works. We've seen it.

The 60% bar isn't arbitrary. It's the level our data shows makes OKRs stick past the first cycle.

300+ teams onboarded
We've seen enough rollouts to know what predicts success. Teams that hit 60% by day 30 almost always run cycle two. Teams that don't, usually don't.
Setup is built for adoption
Required KR ownership, weekly check-in nudges, an alignment map that makes everyone's work visible — the product is designed to make adoption the default, not the exception.
We stand behind the product
If the model doesn't work for your team in 30 days, that's on us, not you. We'd rather refund the money than take payment for software that didn't deliver.
FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Is there any fine print?
No. You start on a paid plan. If your team doesn't reach 60% adoption at day 30, you email us and we refund what you've paid. No forms, no disputes, no clawback later. The guarantee is included by default on Scale and Expand — nothing to opt into.
Which plans include the guarantee?
Every paid plan. That means Scale ($49/mo) and Expand ($129/mo). The Launch plan is free, so there's nothing to refund.
Who counts as an "invited user"?
Everyone you've added to your workspace as a team member. If you've invited 20 people, we measure how many of those 20 were active in the first 30 days. We measure what you actually rolled out to, not your total headcount.
What if we invited people but they never used it?
Then adoption is genuinely low, and that's exactly the case the guarantee covers. We'd rather refund you and figure out why it didn't work than take money for software your team never engaged with. Silent low adoption is the guarantee's whole point.
How do you actually process the refund?
Email info@okrstool.com before day 45 and reference the guarantee. We check the adoption data (you don't have to prove anything), and refund the full amount you've paid via the same payment method. Usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Can you claw the refund back later?
No. Once refunded, it's refunded. There's no clawback clause, no “prove you tried” step later, no reversal if you later end up using the tool. The refund is final.
Why 60% and not 100%?
Because 60% is the real inflection point. Our platform data across 876 organizations shows that teams reaching that bar in the first 30 days almost always run a healthy cycle two. Teams below it usually don't. 60% is where OKRs start to become the way you work, not just software you bought.
If it's never been invoked, is it a real offer?
Yes — and we're proud of that. The guarantee has been publicly offered since 2024, and every paid customer since then has been eligible. It's never been invoked because teams that follow the setup process consistently clear the bar. The offer stands; the model works.
Nothing to lose

Try it for 30 days. Refund if it doesn't stick.

Start on any paid plan. Run OKRs for 30 days. If your team isn't engaged at 60% or above, email us and we refund what you've paid. That's the whole offer.
